The Problem with "Islamic Terrorism" "Christian Crusaders" "Jewish Zionists" is linking two words and our love of name calling by attaching (Religion) or a (Tribe) to a negative second word. o - o - o - I think this is a human problem and not linked to Nations or States. I mean we do have to be fair about our human condition and our language.

The USA media should have never adopted "Islamic Terrorist" from the Cheney/Bush/Rove government and in the East, The Eastern Media should not have adopted "Christian Crusaders". Part of the problem you as journalists are having is that you allowed yourself to be trapped into wrong name calling and now you are confused.. Name calling is tricky in the Long Run called Life.

As Kara said he was an American. And in his career added value to Americans (USA'ers) and the USA.

Yet he had a GOD(Allah) thing with what WE (all of us) are doing in Iraq. We who think we have Christian roots don't have any problems with torture, a VP and President that lied, lied, and lied (which is a commandment violation) only to win the 2004 election with a high cost war FOR WHAT?? OK we got some good media stuff like USA soldier deaths, Piles of GI's with PTSD, A media and Mitt type politicians that can use the war for entertainment value, , , ,

Anyway UNTIL or IF, we in the USA honor that this Iraq War was and is a huge mistake by piles of dumb politicians and media folk caring for only themselves we might have more of this in our future.

ST: Great CSPAN complimentary thought program

Complimentary to my above comment is this program on CSPAN by our USA Generals that led to our/their temporary (human security) improvement in Iraq (Land of the Two Rivers). After a HUGE Bad Presidency for P43 about the only thing good Bushy-2 did was to go against Cheney and the media and the public and approve this counter insurgency strategy of (The People in Iraq are Important and That is the GOAL)

Retired General Keene is a key person that was not treated well by the White House and Cheney's staff. Now I see that Keene praised Lynn, yet he is playing later politics after initial afronts.

Now as an Analogy to the Above: Are USA people (soldiers particularly) who are so called believers in Islam important to the USA or is (Jerk Joe from CT) correct that they are terrorists in the making.
